Why does the filling speed drop for sparkling wines?
Sparkling wine is filled isobarically under counter-pressure to keep its high CO2 in solution, which takes longer per bottle than still drinks. So output falls from 600–800 bottles an hour for regular beverages to 180–300 for sparkling wine. Planning capacity around your product type avoids disappointment.
What does the wire hooding (muselet) station add?
After corking, the machine fits and twists the wire cage that secures a sparkling-wine cork against bottle pressure. This wiring step is essential for traditional-method sparkling wine and is built into the monoblock. It removes a slow, manual job from your line.
Which bottles does the TPGB monoblock fit?
It is set for the standard 75 mm diameter 75 cl bottle, with adjustable height up to 375 mm. Different bottle diameters can be accommodated with format change parts. Confirm your bottle and closure before ordering so the right cork feeder and format settings are included.
What is the power requirement for installation?
The monoblock draws just 1.5 kW, so it runs from a standard industrial supply without heavy electrical work. At 580 kg and 910 x 1700 x 2050 mm it still needs a stable, level floor and space to load bottles and consumables. A qualified person should confirm the connection before start-up.
