Usage:
The 300L boil pot is intended for boiling applications where vapour needs to be channelled and expelled from the cooking area.
Properties:
Entirely made of AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel. Equipped with DIN25 stainless steel ball valve with hose holder (Ø 20mm), high thickness cover with fumes connection (Ø 100mm), inspection door for hops, analogue thermometer with protection and thermowell, and additional stainless steel thermowell. Not suitable for induction heating.
