BOIL POT 200 L
The boil pot is created to channel the vapours that are created during the boiling and easily carry them outside the cooking room.
This pot beyond the tap and the thermometer is equipped with a high thickness lid (20/10 mm) made of stainless steel AISI 304 with relative inspection plate which facilitates the hops range.
The smoke connection placed on the lid has 100 mm diameter and permits the fixing of the tube.

What material is the cooking pot made of?
The pot is made of stainless steel AISI 304, which is food safe, corrosion resistant and ideal for brewing. All welds and surfaces are finished to ensure durability and easy cleaning.
Can I use this pot on an induction stove?
No, this pot is not suitable for induction heating. AISI 304 stainless steel is not ferromagnetic and will not work on induction surfaces. The pot is designed for use with gas burners or open flame heaters.
Why does the bottom have to be so thick?
The 15/10 mm thick base distributes heat evenly and helps maintain a stable cooking temperature even without external insulation. This avoids hot spots and ensures consistent wort quality during brewing.
What is the purpose of the lid inspection hatch?
An inspection hatch allows the brewer to add hops or other ingredients during the brew without removing the entire lid. It maintains thermal efficiency and keeps the steam output uninterrupted through the 100 mm flue connection.
