Properties: Made from heavy gauge Inox AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10), the pot has a capacity of 300 liters (Ø 710 x 800mm h) and is equipped with a DIN25 stainless steel valve (hose connection diameter 20mm), lid with knob, handles, thermometer probe entry, and a professional analogue thermometer for precise temperature control. Not suitable for induction plates.
