Usage: Motorized pot designed for cooking and mixing jam with precision. Equipped for even heating, prevention of burning, and easy temperature monitoring.
Properties: Made in high-thickness AISI 304 stainless steel 18/10, includes a food grade silicone scraper strip on the bottom shovel, stainless steel sphere valve 1", analog thermometer with protective stainless steel cover, reinforced lid with steam openings, gearmotor and mashing blades, 1" threaded bush for valve connection, and a curve ENO 30 in food plastic. Features robust stainless steel handles and a reinforced lid with hooks.
Technical data: 50L capacity. Internal diameter 455mm, height 370mm. Overall with motor: 525mm x 550mm (h). Gear motor: 220V, 0.09kW, 28rpm. Bottom thickness: 1.5mm; wall thickness: 1mm. Includes thermometer probe input and stainless steel protection.
Warnings: Not suitable for induction plates.
