Is this pot suitable for induction heating?
No, this 150L AISI 304 pot is not compatible with induction heating systems. Use a gas burner or an electric resistance plate designed for stainless steel. Using induction can damage the bottom and void the warranty.
What is the speed range of the mixer?
The inverter gear motor allows the speed to be adjusted between 6 and 42 rpm with reversible direction. This wide range allows you to adjust the mixing intensity for each mash phase — from a gentle protein break to a more vigorous saccharification.
