Features: Made from AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel with a thick bottom to avoid caramelization, the system includes an agitator motor with a gear motor and inverter, a professional analog thermometer, and a thick lid with hooks. Feature highlights: stainless steel handles, safety protection, and ¾" tap.
