Frequently asked questions about ABP0612
I turn the tap all the way in, but it won't stay straight. How to fix it?
It is not necessary to turn on the faucet all the way. It is enough to tighten it until the faucet is straight, before the end of the thread. The seal is provided by the gasket, not the last threads.
Is this cookware suitable for an induction cooker?
No, this model is NOT suitable for induction heating systems. It is designed for use on a gas burner or direct flame. It will not work on induction and may damage the base.
Can you really change the direction of rotation of the stirrer?
Yes. The digital control panel allows you to change the direction of rotation with a special button. This is particularly useful during mashing to improve homogeneity and avoid compression of the grain layer.
What is the purpose of a thick bottom?
The 1.5mm thick base distributes the heat evenly and helps maintain a constant temperature during mashing. This avoids localized overheating, which can cause sugars to caramelize and negatively affect the taste of the final beer.
Is AISI 304 stainless steel food safe?
Yes. AISI 304 (18/10) stainless steel is the standard for the food and beverage industry. It is corrosion resistant, easy to clean and disinfect and fully suitable for contact with wort, beer and other fermentable liquids.
