Usage: Yeast inhibitor for flower wines and dessert wines. Prevents secondary fermentation in sweet wines.

Technical data: Moisture ≤1%. Heavy metals <10ppm. Lead <2ppm. Mercury <1ppm. Arsenic <3ppm. Sulphates <1000ppm. Aldehydes ≤0.1%.
Usage instructions: Dose: 10g (dry wines) to 25g/hl (sweet wines). Dilute in water (1:5 ratio by weight). Use within one hour of preparation. Always combine with sulphur dioxide. Maximum legal dose: 26.8g/hl (200mg/l in ascorbic acid).
Storage: Store at moderate temperature in unopened original packaging. Keep in dry, odourless place away from direct ground contact. Shelf life: 3 years (unopened).
