Stevia extract (E960) Reb-A 98% is a premium-grade intense sweetener derived from the leaves of the stevia plant. A rebaudioside A content of 98% represents the highest achievable purity in stevia products, delivering a clean and pleasant sweet taste with virtually no bitter aftertaste. With a sweetness level 250–450 times that of sucrose, only extremely small quantities are needed for effective sweetening. This calorie-free sweetener is approved as a food additive in the European Union.
