What is the water consumption and is water recycling possible?
Water consumption is between 100-200 L/h depending on the level of soiling of the fruit. The built-in 800 L water tank allows efficient use of water during work, reducing the need for fresh water. The connection is made via a standard 1/2" quick connection.
Does the device meet the hygiene requirements of the food industry?
Yes. The entire structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is the standard material for food contact surfaces. The electronic components are IP65 certified, which ensures protection against dust and water jets during cleaning procedures.
What power connection is required for operation?
The MDK 3000 requires a 400V three-phase power supply with 16A protection. The total energy consumption is 5 kW. A stable industrial three-phase connection is necessary for the correct operation of the motor and automatic systems such as Stop 'n' Go.
