Activator (1kg) Oenocell
Usage: Highly purified yeast cell walls for stimulation and activation of alcoholic fermentation through adsorption of fermentation inhibitors. ŒNOCELL® yeast cell walls undergo specialized treatment that maintains adsorption capacity.
Features: High mannan and glucan content provides strong adsorption power for detoxification of juice and wine. Lipid compounds promote fermentation activity and improve yeast viability. Ensures regular and complete fermentation while limiting organoleptic deviations.
Technical data: Preventive use: 20g/hL (200ppm) in juice or must after first quarter of fermentation. Curative use: 30-40g/hL (300-400ppm) for red wines, 20g/hL (200ppm) for white/rosé wines. Maximum legal dose: 40g/hL (400ppm). Dissolve in 10 times its weight in water or juice/wine before incorporation.
Warnings: Do not use opened bags. Use inert and clean container for preparation.
