What does the stone actually do in carbonation?
It diffuses CO2 into the liquid as a cloud of fine bubbles. The 15-micron pores create small, evenly distributed bubbles that dissolve readily, giving smoother and more efficient carbonation than a coarse outlet would.
Why is AISI316 stainless steel used?
AISI316 is a corrosion-resistant, hygienic grade that stands up to acidic and carbonated liquids and repeated cleaning, so the stone stays sanitary and lasts a long time in continuous use.
How do I keep the pores from clogging?
