Usage: Dry yeast for high fermentation English style beers such as British Ale, Porter, English Ale, Sweet Stout, Brown Ale. One 11g sachet per 23L.

Features: Low flocculation, fruity aroma profile, full-bodied structured beers with fruity aromas and slight yeasty aftertaste. Fermentation temperature: 15-21°C. Alcohol tolerance: 9% ABV.

Technical data: Weight: 11g. Attenuation: Medium. Inoculation rate: 50-100g/Hl to reach 2.5-5 million cells/ml. Rehydrate in 100ml liquid at 30-35°C. Living yeast cells: ≥5x10⁹ per gram. Storage: 5-10°C.
