Usage: Dry yeast for fermentation of English ales and various beer styles. Can be used in fermenters, temperature controlled tanks, and for keg re-fermentation. Suitable for breweries and homebrewers.

Properties: High flocculation, produces compact sediment, improves clarity, characterized by fruity and floral aroma profile. Good alcohol tolerance (9.8%), high apparent attenuation (75%), used for high fermentation style beers.

Technical data: Fermentation temperature: 15-20°C. Dosage: 50–80 g/hl. Ingredients: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, emulsifier E491. Residual sugars: 18 g/l, maltotriose: 10 g/l. Total alcohols (ppm): 363. Total esters (ppm): 37. Storage: up to 6 months at <24°C. Packaging: 500 g.
