Expeller lever 70l 40 steel cage
Usage: Professional lever press with stainless steel cage for small and medium wine productions. Designed for pressing grapes with a capacity of 250kg per batch.
Features: Drawn steel worm screw for extreme strength and durability. Stainless steel cage (diameter 400mm, height 550mm) with removable pins. Must collection basin in enameled steel reinforced with handkerchiefs. Complete with wooden pieces and crescents made of steamed beech.

How it works:
Preliminary operations
Clean internal parts with a brush or air jet. Use a damp cloth to clean the cage, crescents and pieces before use.
Filling the press
Remove internal wood components. Close the cage using the pins. Raise the ratchet upwards (turn anticlockwise). Fill the cage with grapes. Position the half-moons and place wooden pieces on top perpendicular to the half-moons.
Preparation for pressing
Lower the ratchet (turn clockwise) until it rests on the pieces. Position the jumpers ensuring tips fit into circular holes. Insert the lever into the ratchet hole and secure with butterfly screw.
Pressing
Grasp the lever with both hands and move it forwards and backwards. The lever action advances the jumpers hole by hole, rotating the ratchet downwards and pressing the grapes. When the ratchet reaches the upper cage edges, interrupt to refill. After final pressing, return the winch to the top (anticlockwise), remove all wood, extract the pomace and clean thoroughly.
