Construction and Safety
The unit is equipped with a centrifugal stainless steel electric pump and support plates made of food grade plastic or NORIL material, which can be sterilized at 120°C. Easy operation is ensured by a mobile base frame with four wheels (two with brakes).
Additional Equipment
A double filtration plate for additional filtering is available for purchase. Cardboard filters are sold separately.
Note! The unit is not suitable for olive oil filtration, which requires a special screw pump or nitrile-impeller type pump.
