The design of the plate filter allows the use of filter sheets of different densities, from coarse clarification to fine sterile filtration, depending on the product and the desired transparency.
What is the filtration performance of the device?
Productivity depends on the fluid and the type of filter sheets installed. For wine, the EUR-40 reaches around 4000 l/h, for more viscous products such as oil, the throughput is around 400 l/h. The maximum operating pressure is 3 bar, which must not be exceeded to protect the plates and filter sheets.
