General Information
Made from stainless steel. Fitted with 4 burners: 2 burners of 6.0 kW and 2 burners of 3.5 kW. Burners are fitted with thermocouple. Suitable for pans from ø 120 up to 300 mm. Pan supports and burners made from cast iron. Height adjustable legs fitted with non-slip feet. Suitable for natural gas, conversion set for LPG included. Note: No pilot light or ignition, needs to be lit with matches or lighter. Weight: 60 kg.

Frequently asked questions about this product
How do I light the burners?
This model has no pilot light or built-in ignition, so each burner must be lit manually with a match or lighter. The burners are fitted with a thermocouple that shuts off the gas if the flame goes out.
Can it run on LPG instead of natural gas?
Yes. It is set up for natural gas as supplied, and a conversion set for LPG is included so it can be adapted to bottled gas.
What pan sizes fit the burners?
The cast iron pan supports suit pans from 120 up to 300 mm in diameter. The two 6.0 kW burners handle larger, high-heat pans while the two 3.5 kW burners are better for gentler cooking.
What can the oven below accommodate?
The electric convection oven reaches up to 270 degrees C and its stainless steel chamber is GN 1/1 compatible. It has four tray supports spaced 75 mm apart and a 120-minute timer; one grid is included.
