What is the advantage of the open-stand (open frame) design?
Instead of an enclosed cabinet or oven, the base is an open frame that provides generous storage space for pots, pans and trays directly under the cooktop, which is useful in busy kitchens where quick access to cookware matters.
How are the six burners configured for different cooking tasks?
Three burners deliver 6.0 kW for rapid boiling and searing and three deliver 3.5 kW for gentler simmering, giving 28.5 kW in total. Cast-iron pan supports accept pans from 120 to 300 mm in diameter.
How is the gas supply kept safe, and how is it ignited?
Every burner has a thermocouple that shuts off the gas if the flame goes out. There is no pilot light or built-in igniter, so burners are lit by hand with a match or lighter.
Can it be levelled on an uneven floor and switched to LPG?
The legs are height-adjustable with non-slip feet for levelling on uneven floors, and an LPG conversion set is included so it can run on bottled gas instead of natural gas.
