Pan supports and burners made from cast iron. Height adjustable legs fitted with non-slip feet. Suitable for natural gas, conversion set for LPG included. How do I light the burners, and why is there no ignition system?
This model has no pilot light or built-in ignition, so each burner is lit manually with a match or lighter. A thermocouple on every burner then keeps gas flowing only while a flame is present and shuts it off automatically if the burner goes out.
Can it run on LPG instead of natural gas?
Yes. It is supplied configured for natural gas but includes a conversion set for LPG, so it can be adapted to bottled gas. The conversion should be carried out by a qualified gas technician.
How do the six burners differ, and how should I match pans to them?
There are three 6.0 kW burners for fast boiling and searing and three 3.5 kW burners for gentler simmering. The cast-iron pan supports accept pans from 120 to 300 mm in diameter.
What can the convection oven below accommodate?
The 3000 W electric convection oven fits GN 1/1 trays and grids on four runners spaced 75 mm apart, reaches up to 270 degrees C and has a 120-minute timer. One grid is supplied, and the fan circulates heat for more even baking than a static oven.
