How does the CO2 pre-injection give foam-free filling?
Before liquid enters the bottle, the system pre-injects CO2 to equalise pressure, so the carbonated drink fills calmly without foaming. This counter-pressure keeps the gas in the beer, cider or sparkling wine. It is what lets the four nozzles fill fizzy products cleanly.
How does this filler limit oxygen pickup?
During capping it removes oxygen through a water spray, cutting the air that would otherwise reach the drink. Lower oxygen helps protect flavour and shelf life on beer and cider. Combined with isobaric filling, this keeps the product fresher in the bottle.
What is included for cleaning and cap handling?
It has a cleaning-solution recirculation system, an integrated tank cleaning system and cleaning-mode bottle dummies, plus an automatic cap feeding system. So you can sanitise the filler and run caps without separate equipment. Backflow prevention protects the product line during cleaning.
What bottles and filling pressure does it handle?
The four foam-reduction nozzles work at a maximum filling pressure of 5 bar, taking bottles up to 350 mm tall and 120 mm in diameter. Adjustable filling-level tubes set the level per bottle. That suits typical beer, cider and sparkling-wine bottles.
