Frequently asked questions about this product
Why does the filler work best at 0–2 °C filling temperature?
Isobaric filling relies on cold beer because low temperature keeps CO2 dissolved and limits foaming as the bottle fills. At 0–2 °C the counter-pressure fill stays stable and the ±2 mm level accuracy is repeatable. Warmer beer would foam, lose carbonation and upset the fill level.
What does the ±2 mm filling accuracy mean for my production?
Each bottle is filled to within two millimetres of the target level, so fill heights look uniform on the shelf and over-fill giveaway is minimised. Consistent levels also help downstream labelling and legal fill-volume compliance. Over 1200 bottles an hour this saves a noticeable amount of beer.
Which bottles and closures is this multiblock built for?
It is designed for glass bottles closed with a 26 mm crown cap, the standard for carbonated beer. The six filling valves and six-head rinser are matched to that format. If you plan a different bottle or closure, check compatibility before ordering, as the change parts are format-specific.
Why is AISI 316 stainless steel used instead of AISI 304?
AISI 316 resists corrosion from chlorides and cleaning chemicals better than 304, which matters where beer, rinse water and CIP agents contact the machine constantly. This food-industry grade keeps the wetted parts hygienic over a long service life. It is why the multiblock suits continuous commercial bottling.
