What does this filling set include?
It is a complete semi-automatic line with a container washing unit, a 4-head isobaric filler and a crown-cap applicator. So washing, filling and capping run as one set rather than three separate purchases. It suits small producers building a first bottling line.
Can the heads and cap types be adapted?
Yes, the filler is adaptable with 2 or 6 filling heads and works with both crown caps and screw caps. So you can size it to your output and bottle type. That flexibility covers beer, cider and sparkling-wine bottles.
How does it fill foam-free and limit oxygen?
CO2 pre-insertion equalises pressure for foam-free filling of carbonated drinks, and enhanced oxygen removal sprays water during the process. Together these protect carbonation and flavour on beer or cider. The isobaric design keeps the gas in the bottle.
Which drinks and what pressure does it handle?
It is built for carbonated beverages including beer, cider, sparkling wine and carbonated water, at a maximum filling pressure of 5 bar. The integrated pressure washer cleans containers before filling. That makes it a self-contained carbonated line.
What utilities and bottle sizes apply?
It draws 0.37 kW on 220 V, needs compressed air at 120 l/min and 6 bar, and the frame measures 1.92 x 0.8 x 0.40 m. Bottles up to 350 mm tall and 120 mm in diameter fit. Confirm air and power before installation.
