It is built for viscous liquids such as yogurt, jam, honey, sauces and creams, with a fill volume of 40-1000 ml. It can fill both room-temperature and hot liquids. So one machine covers a range of thick products and container sizes.
How many bottles per hour can it fill?
The semi-automatic Tw600 fills up to 600 bottles per hour. A 2-metre feeding conveyor with a collection table keeps bottles moving to and from the filler. Actual rate depends on volume and product viscosity.
Does it cap the bottles as well, and how automated is it?
It has an integrated capper for screw-cap bottles, and the filling and capping steps are automated. The operator only places the caps on the bottles between the two operations. The capper runs on pneumatic air at low RPM with adjustable power.
What keeps thick liquids dosing cleanly without dripping?
A volumetric dosing pump meters each fill, and the stainless dispenser uses an anti-drip nozzle with a Teflon-sealed system. This keeps thick products like honey or jam from stringing or dripping between bottles. The result is clean, repeatable fills.
Is a date or batch printer included?
No, a printer is not included with the Tw600. If you need date or batch coding on the caps or bottles, plan that as a separate addition. The machine itself handles filling and screw-capping.
