Usage:
Château Acid is an acidulated barley malt treated with lactobacilli that lowers mash pH when brewing with bicarbonate-rich water. It improves hydrolytic enzyme performance and provides better mash efficiency. The malt intensifies fermentation by adjusting pH levels, enhances well-rounded beer taste, and gives stability to the head.
