Chit Wheat Malt 3–7 EBC (25 kg)
Chit Wheat malt flakes are flattened malted wheat kernels obtained from lightly kilned malt, produced from wheat that has been previously moistened and allowed to germinate for a very short period.
This process preserves many of the wheat's natural characteristics. Used in brewing, the flakes help improve foam stability and balance highly soluble malts.
They can be added directly to the mash without the need for further processing.

Usage:

Warnings:
Store in a clean and cool environment (temperature <22°C). Ensure there are no insects in the environment. Use the product within 24 months from the date of manufacture and all milled products within 3 months.
