FineCap Tin-Saran is a non-threaded aluminium capsule for bottling wines and beverages. The ALKOvin™ tin liner forms precisely around the bottle aperture, reducing oxygen ingress to zero and providing excellent long-term aroma protection for up to 7 years.

Use only new glass. Fill level: 2% headspace at 20°C. Keep bottles upright for 30 minutes after filling. Check leak tightness before every bottling run.

What maximum pressure can the capsule withstand?
The FineCap Tin-Saran capsule is intended for a maximum pressure of 3 bar. It is suitable for still wines and low-pressure drinks, but not for sparkling wines or highly carbonated products. Check compatibility with specific bottle mouth and capping machine before use.
How long can wine be stored with this capsule?
When installed correctly, ALKOvin™ Tin-Saran gasket provides aroma and oxidation protection for up to 7 years. Storage conditions must be 5-35°C and relative humidity 30-80%. Performance depends on the quality of the bottle, the filling level (2% air space at 20°C) and the correct installation of the capsule.
Can the capsule be used on recycled glass bottles?
No — only new glass bottles are recommended. Used or recycled bottles often have micro-damages in the sealing area that degrade the leak resistance and oxygen barrier. Always check the dimensions of the bottle mouth and the quality of the surface before bottling.
Is printing or customization possible?
