Properties: Made of AISI 304 stainless steel (316 on demand), 1mm sheet thickness (double layer), electropolished finish, TIG welded. Double channel design with 1/2" threaded inlet/outlet for refrigerant. Mounts vertically inside tanks.

Technical data: Dimensions: 370mm (L) x 1600mm (H) x 290mm (C). Sheet thickness: 1mm + 1mm. Connections: 1/2" diameter. Purpose: Cooling liquid food.

What material is the cooling plate made of?

The plate is made of AISI 304 stainless steel as standard, AISI 316 is available on request for more demanding applications. The double-layer sheet (1+1 mm) is TIG-welded and electropolished, which ensures maximum hygiene, corrosion resistance and safety in contact with food.

How is the plate installed in the tank?

The plate is installed vertically inside the fermentation tank and immersed directly in the liquid. The 1/2" threaded connections on the top allow easy connection to a cooling unit or a cooling circuit. The dimensions 370x1600x290 mm are suitable for medium volume tanks.

What coolants can be used with the plate?

The plate is suitable for conventional food industry coolants, such as glycol-water mixtures or chilled water from an external cooling unit. The dual-channel design ensures even flow and efficient heat exchange.
