What is the maximum working pressure of the tank?
The tank is designed and certified to work at a maximum working pressure of 3 bar. An integrated adjustable pressure relief valve protects the tank from exceeding this limit, ensuring safe operation during filling, processing and CIP cleaning cycles.
How does the cooling gap work?
A complete cooling gap surrounds the container shell and allows a coolant (usually glycol or chilled water) to circulate around the product. Combined with a 50 mm insulation layer, it ensures precise and energy-efficient temperature control, which is important for fermentation and product storage.
What material is the container made of?
The tank is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304, which offers excellent corrosion resistance, a hygienic surface and a long service life in beverage, dairy and industrial applications.
Can the valve size be customized?
Yes. The tank is supplied as standard with a choice of DN40 or DN50 valves. Optionally, a sampling valve, electronic level sensor and height adjustable feet can be added to match the tank to your process requirements.
Is the tank suitable for CIP cleaning?
Yes. The integrated washing ball enables fully automatic CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) cleaning cycles, ensuring hygienic conditions between batches without disassembly. This makes the container ideal for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications.
