Frequently asked questions about 9001152
What is the maximum working pressure of the tank?
The tank is designed for a maximum working pressure of 3 bar. An adjustable pressure relief valve included as standard ensures safe operation by releasing any excess pressure. This makes the tank suitable for pressurized juice processing, carbonated beverages and controlled fermentation.
How does the cooling interlayer work?
The cooling liner surrounds the tank wall and circulates a coolant (glycol or chilled water) through it, which keeps the product temperature constant. Combined with a 50mm insulation layer, it minimizes temperature fluctuations and reduces energy consumption during longer operating cycles.
Is the tank suitable for the food industry?
Yes, the tank is made of food grade stainless steel and certified to meet the requirements of the food industry. All internal surfaces are polished and the integrated washing head allows efficient CIP washing, making the tank ideal for the production of juice, beer, cider and other beverages.
What is the difference between DN40 and DN50 valves?
DN40 and DN50 refer to the nominal diameter of the valves (40mm and 50mm respectively). DN50 allows for a higher flow rate, which is useful for faster filling and emptying or for thicker pulp liquids. DN40 is sufficient for standard applications with clear liquids.
Can accessories be installed later?
Yes, accessories such as automatic level sensor, height-adjustable feet and sampling valve can be ordered with the tank or installed later. Please contact our technical team to ensure compatibility with your specific tank configuration.
