What is the purpose of a cooling jacket?
The cooling jacket allows precise control of the temperature of the tank contents by circulating the coolant (glycol or water) between the tank wall and the outer lining. Together with 50mm insulation, it ensures a stable temperature and reduces energy consumption in cooling processes.
Why does the container have a 60° conical bottom?
The 60° conical bottom ensures complete product discharge, efficient sediment collection and easy cleaning. This shape is particularly important in fermentation and food applications where residue-free discharge and hygiene standards are critical.
Can additional equipment be installed later?
Yes. Level sensors, height-adjustable feet, sampling valves and DN40 or DN50 valve connections can be added when ordering or later. We recommend specifying process requirements prior to ordering to ensure optimal configuration.
What material quality is used?
The tank is made of food grade stainless steel with a hygienic interior finish suitable for CIP cleaning via the integrated wash head. It ensures a long service life, corrosion resistance and compliance with the requirements of the food industry.
