Usage: Clarification agent based on 100% vegetable proteins (patatins) for musts and wines. Suitable for organic winemaking. Non-allergenic formulation that replaces traditional animal-origin fining agents.

Features: Effective fining of musts and wines, excellent compaction of solids and lees, rapid sedimentation, stabilization of coloring matter, elimination of astringent tannins.

Applications:

  • Musts: elimination of oxidized phenolic compounds, minimal lees formation
  • Wines (red, white, rosé): strong clarification, rapid sedimentation, color stabilization

Dosage:

  • White/rosé musts: 5-30 g/hL
  • Press juice: 10-50 g/hL
  • White/rosé wines: 2-15 g/hL
  • Red wines: 2-8 g/hL
  • EU max: 50 g/hL

Implementation: Rehydrate in 10 times its weight in water before incorporation. Use emulsion same day. Homogenize with pumping-over after addition.

Storage: Dry area, moderate temperature, unopened packaging. Shelf life: 3 years.
