Usage: Clarification agent based on 100% vegetable proteins (patatins) for musts and wines. Suitable for organic winemaking. Non-allergenic formulation that replaces traditional animal-origin fining agents.
Features: Effective fining of musts and wines, excellent compaction of solids and lees, rapid sedimentation, stabilization of coloring matter, elimination of astringent tannins.

Implementation: Rehydrate in 10 times its weight in water before incorporation. Use emulsion same day. Homogenize with pumping-over after addition.
