Fermentation Activator for Wine and Cider Making

Professional fermentation activator ensures quality production of wine, cider, and other fermented beverages. Contains diammonium phosphate and vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), which support optimal fermentation process.

Product Capabilities and Benefits

  • Ensures fast and uniform fermentation process
  • Stimulates yeast cell multiplication
  • Prevents hydrogen sulfide formation
  • Develops positive fermentation aromas

Usage and Dosage

Dissolve the activator in warm water and add to must before fermentation begins. Recommended amount: 10-30g/100L of must. Thorough mixing ensures uniform distribution.

Mechanism of Action

The activator provides yeasts with necessary phosphorus-nitrogen compounds, which are essential in the initial phase of fermentation. Nutrient salts supplement the amount of nitrogen compounds that yeasts actively consume at the start of fermentation.

Storage and Regulation

Store unopened package in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Product complies with European Union regulation 2019/934.
