Usage:
- Primary fermentation: 5-8g of yeast per 10 liters of wort
- Suitable for fermenting 20-30 liters of wort
- Secondary fermentation in bottles or kegs: 0.25-0.5g per 10 liters
The yeast is excellent for bottle conditioning, ensuring rich taste and aroma in beer. Especially recommended for special beer varieties, including wheat beer and abbey-style beers.
