What material is the washing head made of?

What is the largest container diameter the head can wash?
The 65 mm washing head efficiently washes containers up to 1.3 meters in diameter at an operating pressure of 1 bar. For larger vessels, we recommend a higher power rotating washing head. Always ensure that the jet reaches all internal surfaces for a complete hygienic wash.
What flow and pressure is required?
The wash head delivers 13,200 liters per hour at a working pressure of 1 bar through a 3/4" female thread connection. Ensure that the pump provides sufficient flow and pressure to achieve full 360° wash coverage. Higher pressure increases mechanical wash power.
How is the washing head installed?
The wash head mounts directly to a standard CIP pipe inside the tank with a 3/4" female thread. It should be positioned in the center to ensure 360° coverage. No electrical connection required — the wash is powered by water pressure alone.
