What is the spreader table used for?
The spreading table is designed for cheese production to accelerate the draining of the whey from the curd during the ripening phase. The perforated work surface allows the whey to drain evenly through the integrated drainage system and exits through a DN15 3/4" ball valve.
Is the table movable?
Yes, the table is equipped with four wheels, two of which have brakes. This allows easy relocation in the production room and ensures stability during operation when the brakes are locked.
What material is the table made of?
The table is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant, hygienic and suitable for contact with food. This material meets the requirements of milk and cheese production.
How is whey drained?
The whey flows through the perforated work surface into the integrated collection system and exits through the DN15 3/4" ball valve. The Ø 20mm hose end allows connection to the collection tank or drain hose.
What are the overall dimensions?
The external dimensions are 1215×500×900mm (height) and the height of the inner shelf is 78.5mm. The compact footprint is suitable for small and medium-sized cheese production companies.
