What is the table made of?
The table is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which ensures corrosion resistance, food safety and a long service life in a dairy environment. The perforated work surface facilitates quick whey drainage.
What are the exact dimensions?
The overall dimensions are 1015×500×900mm (h), the height of the inner shelf is 78.5mm. The compact size is suitable for small and medium-sized cheese makers, providing sufficient working space.
How does the drainage system work?
The whey flows through the perforated surface into the collection channel and exits through a DN15 3/4" ball valve with a Ø20mm hose end. You can connect a standard hose to direct the whey to a collection tank or drain.
Is the table movable?
Yes, the table is equipped with four wheels, two of which have brakes for stable positioning during use. This allows for easy relocation in the production area for cleaning or reconfiguration.
