Usage: Ideal for wine and liquid food storage with floating paraffin oil lid that prevents oxidation.
Features: Stainless steel 18/10 construction, flower patterned embossed exterior, concave welded bottom for easy cleaning, threaded bushing for tap application. The floating lid sits on the liquid surface; paraffin oil is poured between the float edge and tank wall to create an air barrier.
Standard equipment: Dust lid with knob, stainless steel tap 3/4", welded bushing 3/4", floating stainless steel paraffin oil lid.

It is not necessary to screw it all the way in. Just tighten it until the tap is straight before reaching the end of the thread.
