Conical tank 1100l insulated, with cooling jacket

The conical tank is designed for storing and processing various liquids. The tank is equipped with a cooling jacket that allows temperature regulation of the contents. The 60° conical bottom ensures effective liquid separation and easy cleaning. The 50 mm thick polyurethane foam insulation helps maintain a stable temperature, reducing energy consumption. The tank can be used in the production process of beverages and other liquids where temperature control and hygiene are important.

- Cooling jacket on trunk and cone
- 4 × fitting for cooling/heating ½''
- Insulation PU foam 50 mm
- Bottom outlet DN40
- Upper outlet DN40
- Thermometer

- Spray ball with tube DN25 and blind nut
- Manhole Ø400 mm

The tank allows efficient temperature regulation, which is essential for producing quality beverages. The cooling jacket throughout the cone ensures even temperature distribution. The sample tap allows convenient quality control of the contents during the production process.
