Quick connector 8mm angle Duotight
Usage: Professional push-in fitting for beer and wine production lines. Designed for secure, leak-free connections in both gas and liquid applications up to 100 psi.
Features: Superior sealing with double EPDM o-ring system – twice the sealing surface of standard fittings. Allows tighter hose bending radius without leaks. No clamps required. Tool-free installation and removal – simply push in collet to disconnect.
Technical data: Compatible with EVABarrier 4mm ID x 8mm OD and 5mm ID x 8mm OD lines. Not compatible with 6mm ID x 10mm OD line. Maximum pressure: 100 psi. Material: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) – excellent chemical resistance to ozone, oils, alkaline/acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketones. Food grade, BPA-free. Superior gas transmission rates and wear resistance compared to silicone/vinyl.
Warnings: Cut hose straight (not angled) for complete seal. Ensure correct hose size compatibility before installation.

How do I disconnect the fitting without tools?
Push the collet inward and pull the hose out; the push-in design needs no clamps and no tools for assembly or removal.
Which tubing sizes are compatible?
It fits EVABarrier 4mm ID x 8mm OD and 5mm ID x 8mm OD lines. It is not compatible with 6mm ID x 10mm OD tubing.
Why must the hose be cut straight?
An angled cut leaves a gap at the o-ring, so the seal is incomplete and the joint can leak. A square cut lets the double o-ring seal fully.
Can it be used for both gas and liquid?
Yes. The double EPDM o-ring system seals both gas and liquid applications at pressures up to 100 psi.
