Bulkhead connector 8x8mm DuoTight with locknut
Usage: This duotight push fit fitting is 8mm (5/16") Female to Female. The bulkhead with locknut is designed to go through the wall of a tank, housing or wall or panel. Simply fit to wall/panel/vessel and push tube in from both sides to join.
Features: These high quality acetal fittings are made with EPDM o-rings that are reliable, will not perish like cheaper rubber. The acetal plastic is also chemical and UV resistant so it will last for a long time even in testing conditions. Duotight fittings have been engineered for maximised performance in both gas and liquid applications with two EPDM o-rings per hose port. No clamps necessary! Just cut the line square, ensuring a clean cut surface then push into the fitting to make a reliable seal. To remove the fitting simply push in the collet and the hose can be removed.

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) has excellent chemical resistance including compatibility with ozone, oils, alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketone and beverages. BPA free.

Cut the tube square with a clean cut, then push it into the fitting from each side, and the EPDM o-rings seal it with no clamps needed. To release, push in the collet and pull the tube out.
