T-piece 8x8x8mm DuoTight quick connect

Usage: Professional push-in fitting for secure liquid and gas connections in beverage production, brewing, and winemaking systems. Compatible with EVABarrier tubing 4mm ID × 8mm OD and 5mm ID × 8mm OD. Designed for use up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).

Features: Duotight fittings utilize a revolutionary double O-ring sealing design that provides twice the sealing surface compared to standard push-in fittings. Both O-rings are made from food-grade EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber), offering superior chemical resistance to ozone, oils, alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketones, and beverages. EPDM material resists aging and weathering, maintains excellent gas transmission rates, and is BPA-free. The double O-ring system allows for tighter hose bending radius without leaking. No clamps required – simply push the hose straight into the fitting for complete seal. To disconnect, push in the collet and remove hose.

Not compatible with 6mm ID × 10mm OD tubing (separate 10mm fittings available). Maximum working pressure: 100 psi (6.9 bar). Installation: Cut hose straight (not at angle) for optimal seal.
