Usage: Professional push-in fitting for secure liquid and gas connections in beverage production, brewing, and winemaking systems. Compatible with EVABarrier tubing 4mm ID × 8mm OD and 5mm ID × 8mm OD. Designed for use up to 100 psi (6.9 bar).
Features: Duotight fittings utilize a revolutionary double O-ring sealing design that provides twice the sealing surface compared to standard push-in fittings. Both O-rings are made from food-grade EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber), offering superior chemical resistance to ozone, oils, alkaline and acid compounds, water, alcohol, ketones, and beverages. EPDM material resists aging and weathering, maintains excellent gas transmission rates, and is BPA-free. The double O-ring system allows for tighter hose bending radius without leaking. No clamps required – simply push the hose straight into the fitting for complete seal. To disconnect, push in the collet and remove hose.

Frequently asked questions about this product
How do I get a leak-free push-in connection on all three ports?
Use 8mm outer-diameter EVABarrier tubing cut straight and push each hose fully home until it seats against the internal stop. The double O-ring design tolerates a tighter bend radius than single-O-ring fittings, but each port still needs a clean square cut to seal.
What is the T-piece typically used for?
It splits or merges a gas or liquid line — for example feeding CO2 to two vessels from one regulator, or branching a liquid line. Because all three ports are the same 8mm size, flow can enter any port and leave through the other two.
Is it compatible with my existing tubing?
It fits EVABarrier 4mm ID x 8mm OD and 5mm ID x 8mm OD tubing. It is not compatible with 6mm ID x 10mm OD tubing, which needs the separate 10mm DuoTight range.
How should it be cleaned and maintained?
Disconnect by pushing in the collet while withdrawing each hose, then flush the body with warm water or your normal line cleaner. The food-grade EPDM O-rings resist oils, acids and alcohol, so standard beverage-line sanitiser will not damage them.
