General Information
Kiselsol is one of the most traditional means for clarifying wines and other musts. In combination with liquid gelatin, they form the so-called turbo set for clarifying musts.
Kiselsol is used for clarifying wines and other beverages to remove suspended particles and make the drink transparent and visually more attractive. The clarification process helps to improve the quality and stability of the wine, extending its shelf life and enhancing its taste properties.
Usage is simple - dose the required amount of Kiselsol according to the instructions and combine with other clarifiers such as gelatin for optimal results. After clarification, the liquid is allowed to stand until the particles have settled to the bottom, after which the clear liquid is separated.
