Detailed Instructions for Use
1. Dissolve the product in hot water (1:10)
2. Add powder slowly while stirring continuously
3. Let the solution stand for 2 hours
4. Add hot water if needed
5. Add solution to wine
6. Pump through for a few minutes
7. Let wine settle for 4-5 days
8. Decant sediment

- Light haze: 50 g/hl
- Medium haze: 100 g/hl
- Heavy haze: 130 g/hl

How is it prepared before adding to the wine?
Dissolve the product in hot water at a 1:10 ratio, adding the powder slowly while stirring continuously; let the solution stand for two hours, add more hot water if needed, then add it to the wine and pump through for a few minutes.
How is the dose chosen?
Dose according to the wine's haze: about 50 g/hl for light haze, 100 g/hl for medium haze and up to 130 g/hl for heavy haze. After treatment let the wine settle 4-5 days, then decant the sediment.

Yes. It contains milk casein, an allergen that must be considered when labelling the finished white wine.
