Usage: Oxidation protection for musts, preserving freshness and aromatic intensity. Used on Botrytis-affected grapes. Add immediately prior to crushing or into the press.
Features: Contains Ascorbic Acid 25%, Potassium Metabisulphite 50%, Tannins 25%. Brown powder with pungent SO₂ odour.
Technical data: Dosage: 10-25g/100kg of grapes. Dissolve in 10 times its weight in cold water. Packaging: 1kg bag. Storage: 3 years in original unopened packaging, dry area at moderate temperature.
Warnings: Conforms to SO₂ limits specified by legislation. Abide by maximum legal dosage of Sulfur dioxide in wine. Test laccase activity with BOTRYTEST before addition for optimal usage.
