- Rinse thoroughly
- Soak in tartaric acid solution (10g/L) for 2-3 days
- Disinfect with sulfur strip
Empty Barrel Storage
- Store in humid and cool conditions (70% humidity, 12-17°C)
- Seal tightly with wooden or silicone bung
- Disinfect with sulfur strip every 3 months
