Tank 35L wine with oil floating lid stainless steel
Usage: Ideal for wine and liquid food storage with oil floating lid technology that prevents air contact.
Features: Made of AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10) with flower patterned embossed exterior finishing. Concave welded bottom for easy cleaning. Complete with stainless steel threaded bushing for tap application. The floating lid is positioned on the liquid inside the tank and vaseline oil is poured between the edge of the float and the inner surface. The oil stays afloat and prevents air from coming into contact with the liquid.

How exactly does the oil floating lid work?
The floating lid is placed directly on the surface of the liquid inside the tank. Vaseline oil is then poured between the edge of the float and the tank's inner wall — the oil layer stays on top and keeps air from contacting the liquid below, protecting it from oxidation.
Is the vaseline oil included, and how much do I need?
No, the vaseline oil is not included with the tank. You'll need about 750 ml of oil to seal the floating lid properly.
What does the standard package include?
A dust lid with a knob, a chrome-plated brass 1/2" tap, a welded 1/2" bushing for the tap, and the stainless steel oil floating lid.
