Usage: Clarifying agent for red wines, particularly suitable for young wines.
Features: Powdered gelatin of porcine origin, soluble in cold water. Complete solubility, light amber color, pH 5-7.
Technical data: Packaging: 1 kg. Dosage: 8 to 10 g/hL. Humidity: < 15%. Ashes: < 2%. Total nitrogen: > 14%.
Preparation:
- Dissolve GECOLL® in 10 times its weight in cold water
- Use an inert and clean container
- Do not mix with other products
- Use within 2 hours after preparation
- Do not use opened bags
Storage: Store above ground level in a dry area at moderate temperature, in original unopened packaging. Optimal use: 3 years (unopened bag).
