Usage: Complex allergen-free preparation with vegetable protein (pea) and PVPP for preventive oxidation treatment of white and rosé musts. Suitable for use before or during fermentation, as well as on finished wines.
Features: Strong reactivity towards phenolic compounds, prevents oxidation, eliminates phenolic compounds that can trap aromas and alter wine colour. Qualified for direct human consumption according to EU regulation n° 2019/934.
Technical data: Aspect: beige powder. Humidity: <9.5%. Ashes: <5%. Dosage: 30-80 g/hL (300-800 ppm). Maximum legal dose (EU): 80 g/hL (800 ppm).
Implementation: Dissolve in 5-10 times its weight in water. Use solution within the same day. Store in dry area at moderate temperature in original packaging. Optimal use: 3 years.
